The Kapsel Media Center lets you take advantage of the possibilities within Windows Media Center Edition, like online music and video services, TV viewing and recording, and access to your music library using a screen interface adapted for couch viewing.

The challenge was to design a product for a trend- and design-conscious consumer who wants to explore the full potential of their broadband connection and plasma/LCD TV. Instead of imitating the appearance of traditional consumer electronics, the design and materials used give the product a sculptured appearance which enhances any living environment. Because it measures just 27×23x10cm, Kapsel can be positioned horizontally or vertically, or wall-mounted.
